Mortal Kombat is my all time favorite video game series. It's also (in my opinion) the best video game movie. I know that bar is low but I love the Mortal Kombat movie so much. The characters, the music, the action, it's something that brings me back to my childhood. However before the movie hit the big screen, as there usually is, there were multiple drafts of the screenplay. Today is a look at the very first draft to what would eventually become the Hollywood blockbuster.

It's crazy to think that things might have gone another way. In 2008 we also saw a Justice League movie enter production directed by George Miller of Mad Max fame. Unfortunately the film ran into a series of hold ups until it was eventually cancelled. This week we take a look at the Justice League movie that almost happened.
